Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most common insurance plans, including Regence, Premera, UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser, and Aetna.

If you do not see your insurance plan listed, please give our office a call and we will be happy to help determine whether we accept your plan.

Please note: We do not accept state insurance. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes! We accept Medicare for covered chiropractic services. Please note that Medicare does not cover new patient examinations or massage therapy.

Do I need a referral?

If you are using insurance, some plans may require a referral for chiropractic care.

For massage therapy, a referral is required when using insurance.

Do you treat auto accident injuries?

Yes! Our team is experienced in working with auto accident cases and can help guide you through the process of receiving care.

Do you treat work injuries?

Yes! Our team is experienced with L&I (Labor & Industries) cases and can assist patients with work-related injuries.

Do you offer massage therapy?

Yes! We offer massage therapy by appointment. Please call our office for current massage availability.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. If you are a new patient, please call our front desk to schedule your first appointment.

Established patients may call our office or book online through our website.

Appointment times vary depending on the type of visit and may range from 10–40 minutes.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring:

  • Your photo ID
  • Your insurance card
  • Any necessary accident or L&I claim information
  • Any paperwork requested by our office

If you are unsure what you need to bring, please give us a call and our front desk team will be happy to help.

How long is an appointment?

For established chiropractic patients, appointments are generally 10 minutes.

New patient appointments are generally 40 minutes.

Massage appointment lengths vary based on the service selected.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

We do our best to get our patients seen as soon as possible, especially when they are experiencing pain.

If you are looking for a same-day appointment, please give our office a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?

For massage appointments, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may result in a $45 cancellation fee.

There is currently no cancellation fee for chiropractic appointments.

Can I schedule massage online?

Massage appointments are not currently available for online scheduling.

Because massage appointment times and availability vary, we ask that you call our office and speak with one of our front desk team members to schedule your massage.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! We offer massage therapy gift certificates, which make a great gift for friends and family.
